We will retain all communications with you, including your complaints against other users (and other users' complaints against you).

We collect your information when you use it.
SugarMee automatically collects the following types of your personal data, including:

When you use our services, we must obtain your explicit authorization before using your location information, microphone, and phone camera permissions. When you access related functions, we will ask for your consent through an in-app pop-up window.
Information we obtained from other sources
We may obtain the information described in this policy from other sources, such as:
• Social Media. If you choose to associate with or register on third-party social networking platforms (such as Google), we may collect information from these social media services, including your nickname displayed in your social media profile, your user ID, and your profile picture, in accordance with the social media platform's policies and your privacy settings.
• Third-party services. We may collect your information from third-party services, such as advertising partners, payment partners, and analytics service providers. However, please note that this policy does not cover, and will not cover in the future, how third parties collect and process your information; such matters are governed by their respective privacy policies.
2. How we use your information
We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
• Provide services and operations: Provide you with SugarMee services and maintain their normal operation, such as voice chat, video chat, user-to-user interaction, finding friends, posting your social updates, and other activities you conduct through SugarMee;
• Identity verification and authentication: When you register with us, identify your device, access and use our services, or otherwise interact with us, we verify your identity and create a profile for you, as well as ensure the security of your personal data;
• Contractual obligations: To fulfill our contractual obligations to you under these terms and conditions, or to take steps prior to entering into such agreements at your request;
• Service improvement and analytics: Continuously improve user experience, identify network status, monitor account anomalies, and understand the suitability of products and services;
• Security: Ensure the security of user activities and accounts;
• Top-up service: Supports and verifies users' payment behavior;
SugarMee services and this policy;
• Advertising and Marketing: Understanding your preferences and helping to identify marketing materials that may interest you. Where legally required, we will obtain your consent before sending such marketing materials;
• Exercising our rights and fulfilling our obligations: Where necessary, in order to exercise our legal rights, such as detecting, preventing, and responding to infringement claims or illegal activities. We may process your personal data where required by law, for anti-fraud checks or to comply with other legal or regulatory requirements.
We may need to use system permissions on your device (excluding access to third-party calls) to collect relevant personal information. While we briefly touched on this in the previous section, this section outlines all the system permissions SugarMee uses to provide a more systematic, complete, and transparent overview. You can choose whether to authorize our use of the corresponding permissions on your device. If you do not authorize our use of these permissions, some services may become unavailable, but this will not affect your use of other SugarMee features.
Album and storage permissions
Once you agree to enable this permission, we will use the photo album read and storage function on your device. This function will be used to upload text, images, videos, and other content on your device, and may cache text, images, and videos generated while using SugarMee services. Please note that we will not automatically read the stored content of your local photo album. We will only obtain image/video data after you agree to enable this permission and actively select the corresponding images from your album. If you refuse this authorization, the above function will not work properly.
Microphone permissions
Once you agree to enable this permission, we will use your device's microphone and recognize the voice information you upload. This permission will be used to implement the voice input function and to collect and recognize the voice information you input in the process. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will not be available.
Message push permissions
Once you agree to enable this permission, we will send you push notifications so you can receive and understand our notifications in a timely manner. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to receive our push notifications.
Camera permissions
Once you agree to enable this permission, we will use the camera functionality on your device. This functionality will be used to take photos and record videos, and to collect and identify images and videos taken or recorded during the performance of these functions. If you refuse this permission, the above functionality will not be available.
Floating window permissions
In order for the content of the "Voice Party Room" to float above other content, we need to request your floating window permission. If you refuse to grant permission, the above function will not be available.
Device information access permissions
By granting this permission, you agree that we will collect your device information to protect your account and login security. This information will be used for optimizing user experience, security checks, identifying frequently used devices, and tracking device binding status. If you are an Android user, refusing this permission will prevent you from using this product and/or service normally. If you are an iOS user, due to iOS system limitations, you may not be able to directly refuse or disable the above permission. However, for certain device information (such as IDFA information, which is updated from time to time according to iOS system policies), you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse authorization, we may not be able to provide you with the corresponding functions or services (for example, if you refuse our collection of your IDFA information, we will not be able to provide you with personalized displays based on the IDFA tracking identifier).
Access the network and obtain network status permissions
Our app can only connect to the internet after you grant this permission. Additionally, for risk control and service provision, we will monitor network changes and alert users to the current network environment. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to use this product and/or service properly.
